The idea of this course is to give you tools to better navigate personal change in your life. You’ll learn by experimenting practically, and you’ll get your head more confidently around change. By the end of the course, you should be more ready and able to navigate change – and to do so with confidence and optimism.

Guideposts
Throughout your journey, different guideposts will prompt you to “learn”, “do” and “reflect”. You’ll also find fundamental design thinking guideposts: “people”, “place” and “process”.

Learn
Refers mainly to learning material - theoretical concepts or other information about design thinking approaches.
Do
Prompts for you to engage in some action to practically experience the approaches or mindsets of a design thinker.
Reflect
Invitations to quietly contemplate, journal or think about an experience or information you’ve encountered.
People
Course participants and facilitators, as well as people in your community.
Place
Including the course landing pages, the thinkingspace you’ll access from them, WhatsApp Community, and other places outside this immediate learning space.

The design thinking methodology used to facilitate your learning for the next four weeks.
