

A methodology to put change to the challenge
Welcome to the course!
This is its hub; a kind of “central station.” From here, you should be able to get wherever and whatever you need for the course.
The idea of this course is to give you tools to better navigate personal change in your life. You’ll learn by experimenting practically, and you’ll get your head more confidently around change. By the end of the course, you should be more ready and able to navigate change – and to do so with confidence and optimism.

Throughout your journey, different guideposts will prompt you to “learn”, “do” and “reflect”. You’ll also find fundamental design thinking guideposts: “people”, “place” and “process”.

Identified a change that you’re navigating.
Used design thinking tools to look at the change challenge in a new way.
Come up with a small, practical action to take forward.
Reflected on your learning, mindset and approach to change.
Mode of Learning:
The course comprises 4 modules over 4 weeks.
There will be live sessions at the start and end of the course.
All other coursework can be done in your own time, and should require a few hours a week.
